    27. House materials built can be done through several different uses either a full on natural approach with dirt and clay building or standard house adjusted to be for a naturally inspired shapes and colours.
    28. Stained glass windows
    Next, relationships:
    1. Bedrooms should be grouped together, although the study / guest bedroom should be associated with the public areas of the house rather than the other bedrooms. Nevertheless, ensure that this room is also able to maintain some degree of privacy when in use by guests.
    2. the walk in robe should be used as a buffer between the bedroom and ensuite. Can also be used as an entrance into bedroom suite, but then must have doors on robes to make it look better
    3. would like a small balcony off of the master bedroom (stairs leading from masterbedroom to roof garden in order to keep the idea of privacy for Hundertwasser nudist needs.
    4. kitchen to be the hub of the house
    5. garage to have internal access from house
    Commentary:
    • The garage would only be for 1 car and storage as Hundertwasser would most likely use a bicycle or other form of transport in keeping with his philosophical views.
    •  Floors must include small mid levels between when travelling through the house

    Site Analysis

    Urban Context/ Site Analysis Plans

    Urban Context Plan
The site is approximately a 49m breadth and 15.9m wide parallelogram for lot 5 on Wyragine Street, Mosman. The site contains several plants and trees which cannot be removed due to environmental policy, the nearest public transport is 100 metres down the road. The lot is on a angle going down from right to left meaning allowances are to be taken for a sloping site. Its approximately 120m from Balmoral beach. The lot is a low density zone which means the maximum height of the house is 8.5m, Floor Space ratio is 0.5:1 or in this conext about 356.5m2 of the property is usable floor space in total. The housing must reflect the context of the surrounding environment being near the beach and in a residential area it cannot intrude on other residents views and maintain the protection of watercourses and vegetation. General dominance of building must be kept to a minimum. Set back from boundary is 900mm for one storey and 15 mm for a two storey.

    Week 4 Tutorial

Chosen Artwork Blobs in Beloved Garden:

The pen drawings are my interpretations of the building in the artwork.
    • The view of the building is such that it is showing the widest at the front meaning that if it tapers to a smaller end or could end  behind the façade.
    • The trees placed at the front with different heights means that they're placed with different distances from the viewer with the largest trees the closest and the smallest trees being further away as of the one point perspective
    • Colour along the sides of the building suggests that the red stripes are the different levels of the building
